Made once a year. Apples, not concentrate. No pasteurisation, filtration or forced carbonation.  Our ciders are made bright and smooth by time. 

From a graft in the orchard to packing cans into cartons.  We do the lot, right here on farm, just outside Strathalbyn South Australia.
