Our unique dry ciders
We specialise in dry ciders that capture the aroma and complexity of traditional cider apples, leaving out the sugar that often accompanies mass-produced, soft drink styled ciders. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour.
The Bull Cider
The Bull Cider is a strong, full-flavoured cider with a smooth, dry finish. Made from a blend of late-picked cider apples grown in Ashbourne and fermented with wild yeast, this bright and lightly carbonated cider is strong and dry enough to complement a meal, quench a thirst, or warm you after a cold day out. At 8.5% ABV, it's big.
330ml can. 8.5%ABV. 2.2 Standard drinks.
Mayfield Cider
Arriving in November 2026 The Mayfield is an easy-drinking, lightly carbonated medium-dry cider at 7.5% ABV. Named after the old stone bridge that our Ashbourne apples travel over on their way up to the cidery. Blink and you'd miss it, but no bridge means no cider. Built by hand back in 1866 we reckon the workers would have liked our cider.
330mL can. 7.5%ABV. 2.0 Standard drinks.
Cottage Block Cider
The cottage block is a small apple orchard on the banks of the Finniss River just outside Ashbourne SA. Saved from ruin a few years back the trees now produce wonderful cider apples. Our Cottage Block Cider takes the best the season offers, richly coloured and finely carbonated. Delightful with cheese and made for sharing.
750mL. 7.5% ABV. 4.4 Standard drinks
The Paris Creek difference
When you choose Paris Creek Cider, you're not just choosing a drink; you're choosing to support a small, local business dedicated to quality over quantity. Feel good about a choice that is kind to the planet and supports centuries of cider-making tradition.
Our passion for authenticity
We pride ourselves on creating authentic craft ciders that are made just once a year using simple processes and very few external inputs. We don't force carbonate, colour, or filter our cider; instead, we use time and lots of it to finish our cider naturally. This commitment to traditional small batch methods is what makes Paris Creek Cider unique.
From our farm to your glass
Our ciders are made from a collection of 30 spray-free English and French cider apples, grafted, planted and grown right here on our historic farm just outside Strathalbyn and our orchard block in Ashbourne , South Australia.
