The story behind Paris Creek Cider
Discover the passion, the place, and the unique journey that makes our small-batch craft cider truly special. We invite you to explore our commitment to tradition and quality.

Our journey from passion to perfection
Paris Creek Cider began with a shared passion amongst a few mates for collecting wild apples and making cider. We built our own mills and presses, tasted countless ciders, and spent time talking to cidermakers. Soon, our ciders garnered attention from friends and family, sparking the question: "Where can I buy cider like this?" Thus, Paris Creek Cider was born, helped to its feet by friends generous with their land and time, and long hours of hard work.
We grafted, planted, and nurtured our own trees, even reworking an old orchard. Today, our passion for apples remains as strong as ever. We cultivate around 30 recognised cider varieties, some young and full of promise, others yielding abundantly. We grow our apples the hard way, without chemical sprays, but we believe the results are worth it; remarkable ciders that don't cost the earth. Our philosophy is simple - make excellent cider from apple varieties cherished for centuries for cider making.

The craft behind every bottle
What truly sets Paris Creek Cider apart is our dedication to a special, annual cider-making process. Our ciders are produced just once a year, utilising our very own spray-free cider apples. Our batches are intentionally small, under 1000 litres, allowing us to create ciders that reflect the unique flavours of the apples at hand, seasonal variation and our artisan approach to cider making.
Each batch of our cider is a true expression of its origin and the time it was made and matured. This means every batch is unique; once it's gone, it's gone forever. We believe this meticulous approach results in an authentic product that captures the essence of our region and our traditional methods.

Experience the genuine difference
Feel good when you taste our cider. Notice how the cider speaks of the fresh cider apples that were so carefully nurtured to make it, and of a slow natural process, not a production schedule that brought it to your glass. Now experience the smooth dry finish that comes with a long cold maturation. There is authenticity here, not sweeteners. This is Real Craft Cider worth talking about with your mates. Who knows, you might want to put in a few trees yourself.
